Where rehab ends, training starts. You got cleared, then discharged, and now you're stuck between allowed to train and confident enough to. We assess how the area actually moves and load it back up week by week, working alongside your provider or picking up after them, until the thing you've been avoiding stops being the thing you're avoiding.
what is it
Assessment first, then loaded strength work for the area that's been hurt. Progressed as it tolerates more.
Who it’s for
Anyone cleared by their provider but not back to full strength. Works alongside your PT or after discharge.
THE FORMAT
One-on-one coaching with regular reassessment. Slow enough to be safe, heavy enough to actually rebuild.
The result
Strength where you lost it. The movement you've been avoiding stops being the one you avoid.

frequently asked questions
-
No. Come in cleared by your provider, or come in with questions and we'll tell you if you need to see someone first.
-
Training clothes, shoes, and whatever your PT or surgeon sent you home with. Notes, restrictions, imaging, all of it helps.
-
It shouldn't. We work in ranges and loads you tolerate, and adjust the second something doesn't feel right. Soreness after is normal. Pain during is information.
-
Depends on the injury and how long you've been off it. Most people notice a difference in a few weeks and keep building from there.
