WITH BROCK ROMISCH
-
My training philosophy is built on science-backed strength training, centered around mastering the fundamental movements and training with focus and intensity to drive real body-composition change. When you move with proper form, control your tempo, build strong mind–muscle connection, and consistently challenge your strength, your body responds — with noticeable muscle gain, fat loss, and improved shape.
This structured method is exactly how I’ve helped hundreds of clients build the physique they want — not through random workouts, but through strategic progression, movement quality, and the right level of intensity to change your body and create long-lasting results.
-
I keep clients motivated by giving them structure, accountability, and clear direction. You’ll never walk into a session guessing what to do — every workout is planned with purpose and tailored to your goals. I’ll be there to support you every step of the way, pushing you when you need it and guiding you with clear, achievable goals.
I track your progress, keep you consistent, and celebrate every milestone so you stay motivated and confident throughout your journey. When you feel supported and see real results, motivation becomes natural — and that’s exactly what I’m here to help you build.

No — not at all.
My programs are designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re brand new, getting back into training, or already experienced — I coach you at your pace with your goals in mind. We scale movements, weight, and intensity to fit your body. -
Most clients train 2–4x per week depending on goals, schedule, and training style.
For best results:
Group Training: 2–3x/week
Semi-Private or 1:1: 2–4x/week depending on your goals
Prenatal/Postpartum: 2–3x/week with focused progression
Consistency beats intensity — progress comes from showing up and building week over week.
