  • A full workout - so prepare accordingly. Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, etc. Show up 3-5 minutes early. Come ready with any questions, specific goals, or considerations. 

  • No - I work with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We will work together to tailor your program to your current abilities and goals. 

  • This depends on your fitness goals and schedule. Typically, I recommend at least 2-3 intense lifting sessions per week for optimal progress, but we can adjust based on your needs.
