  • Expect a welcoming and supportive environment focused on building confidence and learning proper form. We’ll start with a brief warm-up and movement prep, then move into a structured, strength-focused workout that’s tailored to your current level.

Come prepared for a full training session — wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and arrive 3–5 minutes early if you can.

You’re encouraged to bring any questions, goals, or considerations — we’ll take the time to understand what you’re working toward and how we can support you.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, capable, and clear on your next steps.

  • No — not at all.
My programs are designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re brand new, getting back into training, or already experienced — I coach you at your pace with your goals in mind. We scale movements, weight, and intensity to fit your body.

  • Most clients train 2–4x per week depending on goals, schedule, and training style.

    For best results:

    • Group Training: 2–3x/week

    • Semi-Private or 1:1: 2–4x/week depending on your goals

    • Prenatal/Postpartum: 2–3x/week with focused progression

Consistency beats intensity — progress comes from showing up and building week over week.
