Absolutely! Our group classes are designed to be beginner-friendly and easy to follow. You’ll receive plenty of individual attention and coaching to ensure you're performing each movement correctly while getting an effective workout. At BODY, we prioritize education, helping you master proper form, understand the movements, and avoid common mistakes.

Each class lasts 60 minutes, though sometimes we run a little over (we hope you don’t mind!). Classes begin with a warm-up focusing on stretching, mobility, and activation exercises to get you ready for your lifts. We then focus on two compound exercises, followed by accessory movements, and end with a cooldown to help your body recover.

Our classes are high-energy and filled with a supportive, positive community. Whether you’re a beginner or have more experience, you’ll feel right at home. We focus on improving, making progress, and perfecting your form. The atmosphere is encouraging, and everyone is here to help you grow—no matter where you’re starting from. At BODY, we provide individual attention to ensure you're mastering each movement while building confidence in your abilities. You'll leave each class feeling empowered and excited to return!

We recommend signing up in advance through MINDBODY to secure your spot. However, if you’d prefer to drop in, we’d be happy to have you!

Drop-in: $35 per class
Punchcards: $30 per class (available in 6- or 12-class packs)

Make sure to wear comfortable workout attire and bring a spare pair of shoes. You’ll also want to have water to stay hydrated and any equipment you're accustomed to using (like straps, belts, etc.).

We provide a lot of individual attention in our classes. If you have an injury, are currently rehabbing, or have any limitations, let us know! We’ll work with you to safely and effectively strengthen that area. If it's something significant, please inform the instructor before class so they can tailor the session to support you.
