GROUP CLASS
FAQS
-
Absolutely. My group classes are designed for all fitness levels, including beginners. You’ll get plenty of individual coaching and clear cues to ensure you're performing every movement correctly.
I offer modifications when needed and prioritize education and proper form so you’re not just “getting through” the workout — you’re lifting in a way that actually produces results. From day one, you’ll learn how to move with intention, avoid common mistakes, and start building real strength and results.
-
Each class is 60 minutes (and sometimes we run a little over — we hope you don’t mind!). We start with a warm-up focused on stretching, mobility, and activation so your body is primed for the lifts ahead. From there, we move into two compound strength exercises, followed by targeted accessory work to build muscle and reinforce proper movement patterns.
My classes are programmed to be efficient, challenging, and outcome-driven. You’ll lift with intention, get form cues throughout, and finish with a cooldown to support recovery and long-term progress.

The environment is high-energy, supportive, and built around helping you improve every week. Whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, you’ll feel comfortable from day one. We focus on progress, proper form, and lifting with intention — not comparison or intimidation.
Classes are coached closely, with plenty of individual attention so you can master each movement and train in a way that actually produces results. You’ll push yourself, make real progress, and walk out feeling stronger and ready for the next session.

We recommend signing up in advance through MINDBODY to secure your spot. However, if you’d prefer to drop in, we’d be happy to have you!

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a spare pair of clean shoes for the studio. Make sure you have water to stay hydrated, and feel free to bring any personal equipment you like to use — such as lifting straps, belts, or grips. Everything else you need will be provided for you.

We provide a lot of individual attention in every class, so if you’re dealing with an injury, rehabbing, or have any limitations, just let us know. We’ll modify movements and adjust loading so you can train safely without losing progress.
If it’s something more significant, please tell the instructor before class so we can tailor the session and make sure you’re strengthening that area safely and effectively.
