Founded in 2020, School of Booty is a specialized lower-body strength program built to grow your glutes, strengthen your core, and shape your physique. Each semester follows structured, progressive programming centered around key compound lifts — squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, lunges, and more — with intentional variations in intensity, tempo, load, and range of motion to maximize glute growth.
The program runs through 8 rotating semesters each year — Winter 1 + 2, Spring 1+ 2, Summer 1 + 2 , and Fall 1 + 2 — with each phase focusing on a specific set of compound movements to keep your training fresh, challenging, and consistently progressing.
