Founded in 2020, School of Booty is a specialized, twice-weekly lower body lifting program designed to build bigger glutes and a stronger core. Through carefully crafted variations of compound movements (back squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, lunges, etc.), we target a range of intensities, tempos, loads and motion ranges to maximize growth. When paired with Academy of Arms, School of Booty offers a comprehensive and balanced resistance training regimen for total-body transformation.
