MEET Alli
FOUNDER & LEAD TRAINER OF THE AB PROGRAM
STRENGTH + PILATES COACH
Alli’s foundation in fitness was built through years of competitive ice hockey, from travel athletics through the collegiate level. When her hockey career ended, she struggled to find a form of training that gave her the same sense of purpose and fulfillment she had found in sport.
That changed when she discovered a balance between Pilates and strength training. Combining the control and intentional movement of Pilates with the power of weight training transformed both the way she trained and the way she felt. From that experience, The AB Method was born — a training approach that blends the two disciplines and became the foundation for The AB Program - a completly online program that now offer’s limited in-person training for local clients at Body by Brock!
Today, Alli coaches 1:1 and semi-private sessions at Body by Brock, leads AB Strength and AB Pilates classes, and programs and instructs inside The AB Program app. She also established Michigan’s first Regional HEROBOARD PILATES HQ at Body by Brock as its Legacy Trainer.
COACHING APPROACH
Alli believes training should build you up — not break you down.
Her approach combines intentional movement, progressive strength training, and Pilates-based control to help clients become stronger, more confident, and more capable both inside and outside the gym.
Just as importantly, Alli believes fitness works best as a team sport. Whether you’re training with her in person or through The AB Program, her goal is for you to feel like you have both a coach and a community in your corner.

No — not at all.
My programs are designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re brand new, getting back into training, or already experienced — I coach you at your pace with your goals in mind. We scale movements, weight, and intensity to fit your body. -
Most clients train 2–4x per week depending on goals, schedule, and training style.
For best results:
Group Training: 2–3x/week
Semi-Private or 1:1: 2–4x/week depending on your goals
Prenatal/Postpartum: 2–3x/week with focused progression
Consistency beats intensity — progress comes from showing up and building week over week.
